  • Work with cross‑functional partners to integrate commercial, customer, and clinical insights into evidence‑generation and strategic planning activities early in the development lifecycle.
  • Contribute to diagnostic and patient identification initiatives aimed at improving timely diagnosis and access to treatment.
  • Collaborate with insights, analytics, and forecasting teams to monitor market dynamics, performance indicators, and readiness metrics, providing strategic guidance at both global and regional levels.
  • Support regional and country teams in translating strategy into execution, ensuring focus, prioritisation, and impact during launch and post‑launch phases.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA, MSc, or equivalent) is preferred.
  • Minimum of 7+ years' experience within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, with a strong focus on commercial or marketing roles.
  • Demonstrated experience in global or international marketing, including product launch preparation and in‑line brand management within competitive or specialty therapy areas.
  • Proven ability to contribute to global franchise strategy, including portfolio positioning, lifecycle planning, and long‑term growth initiatives.
  • Experience working effectively within matrixed, cross‑functional organisations, collaborating with Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, and Commercial stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of international commercialization, including adapting global strategy to local market needs across multiple geographies.
  • Ability to operate with agility in dynamic environments, responding effectively to evolving data, market conditions, and competitive landscapes.
  • Excellent project and program management skills, with a track record of leading initiatives from strategy through execution.
  • Strategic mindset combined with strong executional focus and business acumen.
  • Highly effective communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English is essential, with additional languages considered an advantage.
