À±½·ÊÓÆµ is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support HR leadership within the immuno-oncology and pharmaceutical industry.
Primary Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling communications in a fast-paced environment.
Skills & Requirements:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in managing complex calendars and scheduling.
- Experience coordinating meetings and events.
- Ability to arrange travel and manage logistics efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with tools like WebEx and other virtual meeting platforms is a plus.
The Administrative Assistant's responsibilities will be:
- Manage active calendars for HR leadership, including scheduling internal and external meetings.
- Collaborate with administrative peers to address scheduling conflicts proactively.
- Lead the coordination of team meetings and assist with organizing other events as needed.
- Arrange travel logistics, including air, hotel, and transportation bookings.
- Handle and prioritize internal and external communications, including emails, conference calls, and virtual meetings.
- Prepare agendas and communication materials for both internal and external use.
