Are you looking to make an impact with your innovation? À±½·ÊÓƵ is working with a well establish pharmaceutical company to recruit for an Associate Director of Global Payer Value & Access.

This role focuses on developing and implementing strategies for market access, pricing, and reimbursement to enhance the value of vaccines across various markets. You will work closely with regional and country teams, as well as cross-functional departments, to ensure successful market access throughout the vaccine lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine global pricing, reimbursement, and access strategies.
• Define payer segmentation and engagement frameworks.
• Support global pricing scenario analysis and negotiation strategy development.
• Monitor global market trends and policy shifts affecting vaccine access.
• Act as a liaison for regional and local market access teams.
• Provide strategic guidance on tender participation and innovative contracting models.
• Assist in the development of Global Value Dossiers and health economic models.
• Leverage digital platforms and AI-driven analytics for enhanced payer engagement.
• Collaborate on payer value proposition development and execution.
• Partner with HEOR teams for evidence generation and integration.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Advanced degree in health economics, public health, business, pharmacy, or related field.
• Experience in Market Access, Pricing, HEOR, or Public Affairs with a focus on vaccines.
• Understanding of global vaccine reimbursement frameworks and public procurement dynamics.
• Ability to engage with payers and policymakers to shape vaccine access policies.
• Experience in emerging markets and vaccine pricing negotiations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
