À±½·ÊÓƵ is seeking a Business Data Analyst to support reporting and analytics initiatives within the oncology and pharmaceutical space. This role focuses on collaborating with cross-functional teams to define operational metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and data requirements.
Primary Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will play a critical role in translating strategic objectives into actionable insights and driving the design of solutions that deliver both business functionality and reliable analytics capabilities.
Skills & Requirements:
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in defining and prioritizing reporting and analytics requirements.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and translate business needs into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in designing dashboards, reports, and data flows to meet operational and strategic objectives.
- Familiarity with metrics, KPIs, and data sources relevant to Development Operations and Clinical Operations.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
The Business Data Analyst's responsibilities will be:
- Collaborate with Development Operations, Clinical Operations, portfolio management, and other stakeholders to understand strategic goals, KPIs, and decision-making needs.
- Define and prioritize reporting and analytics requirements based on operational metrics and insight gaps.
- Lead the identification of critical questions related to portfolio, study sites, participants, milestones, resourcing, and risks.
- Develop target dashboards, reports, metrics, and data flows to address business needs before initiating detailed solution design.
- Drive solution design to ensure delivery of core business functionality alongside high-value, reliable reporting and analytics capabilities.
