À±½·ÊÓÆµ is seeking a Clinical Applications Specialist to support the adoption and integration of a data management platform designed to enhance patient care and clinic efficiency. In this role, you will work closely with healthcare providers and clinic staff to onboard them onto the platform, provide training, and troubleshoot technical issues. This position is ideal for someone passionate about healthcare technology, eager to build technical skills, and committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the onboarding of healthcare providers and clinics onto the data platform, ensuring smooth adoption and minimal disruption to operations.
- Provide tailored training and education to address specific clinic needs and challenges.
- Present the platform's value proposition, offering in-depth technical and educational expertise to address inquiries and concerns.
- Educate healthcare providers on new platform features and capabilities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues, both virtually and in-person, to ensure seamless functionality.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clinic staff, positioning yourself as a subject matter expert in data management for diabetes care.
- Collaborate with regional business leaders and internal teams to align on priorities and deliver high-quality onboarding and training.
- Collect and share customer feedback to support continuous product improvement.
- Partner with customer care teams to address clinical requests and technical troubleshooting.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative mindset with a focus on delivering successful outcomes.
- Proficiency with technology, including large data systems and personal medical devices such as insulin pumps and continuous glucose monitors.
- Analytical skills to extract insights from data and address workflow challenges.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; associate degree minimally required.
- Professional credentials (e.g., Certified Diabetes Educator, Registered Dietitian, or Registered Nurse) are a plus.
- Experience in client onboarding, medical device sales, or diabetes management is advantageous.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the assigned region, including overnight stays (approximately 50% travel).
