À±½·ÊÓÆµ is seeking a Clinical Lab Technician (In Vitro ADME Scientist) to join a dynamic team in Switzerland. In this role, you will contribute to the characterization of absorption, distribution, metabolism, and excretion (ADME) properties using in vitro assays. This position focuses on supporting drug discovery projects by running cellular-based assays, including the use of lab automation systems.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform cellular-based in vitro ADME assays, including routine cell culture techniques such as cell seeding and cultivating cell lines.
  • Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, particularly LC-MS systems, and associated software.
  • Support bioanalytical workflows and contribute to assay development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Troubleshoot experimental challenges and propose solutions.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of experimental data and results.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Educational background in biology, biochemistry, analytical chemistry, or related disciplines (Apprenticeship, BS, or MS).
  • Proficiency in performing cellular-based in vitro assays and routine cell culture techniques.
  • Strong understanding of laboratory equipment, especially LC-MS, and familiarity with associated software.
  • Experience with lab automation systems is desirable.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, eagerness to learn, and effective time management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a team-oriented drug discovery and development environment.
