Clinical Research Coordinator - Contract - Dearborn, MI

À±½·ÊÓÆµ is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to support clinical trial activities in the field of immunology and infectious diseases.

Primary Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will oversee and manage clinical trials, ensuring compliance with protocols, regulations, and standards. This position involves collaboration with various stakeholders, mentoring team members, and maintaining high-quality documentation practices.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with relevant experience in clinical research.
  • Phlebotomy experience is a plus.
  • Background in oncology or vaccines is preferred.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic is advantageous.

The Clinical Research Coordinator's responsibilities will be:

  • Conduct and manage clinical trial activities in alignment with research protocols, laws, and regulations.
  • Complete required training, including ICH-GCP and IATA certifications, within specified timelines.
  • Mentor and train staff on clinical trial protocols, communication, and management skills.
  • Lead and coordinate tasks for assigned clinical trials, including study start-up, vendor management, subject recruitment, protocol training, regulatory documentation, participant visits, data collection, and adverse event reporting.
  • Ensure proper documentation practices are followed for study data, source documents, case report forms, and regulatory records.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, leadership, study participants, sponsors, CROs, and vendors.
  • Manage and account for sponsor-provided supplies, such as lab kits, ancillary materials, and investigational products.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
