À±½·ÊÓƵ is seeking a Commercial Coordinator to provide vital administrative support to the Commercial and Digital Marketing teams. This role requires managing confidential tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment, with a focus on organization and multitasking.

Responsibilities:

• Organize internal meetings, trainings, and document workflows for the Commercial team.
• Assist Digital Marketing with content creation, approvals, and uploads.
• Manage internal meetings, events, and create presentations.
• Coordinate with external vendors for communication, events, and translations.
• Oversee vendor contracts, invoices, payments, and track budgets.
• Handle contract management and documentation.
• Optimize commercial processes and organize promotional materials.
• Support order management and cross-departmental coordination.
• Administer the Commercial budget and monitor operational spending.
• Process offers, orders, and invoices related to marketing activities.
• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.
• Provide office administration and serve as a backup for other assistants.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Proficiency in German and English (written and spoken).
• Skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SAP.
• Service-oriented, organized, and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Strong attention to detail, ethical mindset, and proactive attitude.
