À±½·ÊÓÆµ is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Dental Technician to contribute to the production and quality assurance of custom-made medical devices designed to treat sleep apnea, snoring, and bruxism. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring patients receive tailored solutions for better sleep and improved health. This position involves working closely with dental practitioners and internal teams to deliver high-quality products and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and model dental impressions for the production of custom mandibular advancement orthoses.
  • Perform quality checks on patient cases, including analysis of dental casts or digital prints against order forms.
  • Create dental plaster models and scan digital models, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with quality standards.
  • Design and finish custom-made mandibular advancement orthoses following internal procedures and practitioner specifications.
  • Conduct repairs and maintenance of damaged or broken orthoses, adhering to established processes and quality standards.
  • Manage logistical operations, including unpacking and registering repair orders.
  • Respond to technical inquiries from customers via phone and email, providing clear and professional support.
  • Communicate with customers regarding missing or incorrect scans and share feedback with management.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Perform first-level equipment maintenance and report malfunctions to the appropriate teams.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Diploma in Dental Technology or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in a dental, medical, or personal care environment; familiarity with dental platforms like 3Shape is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of facial and oral morphology, as well as dental materials (resin, metals, ceramics).
  • Proficiency in sculpting and modeling techniques for dental applications.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of prioritizing tasks to meet quality standards and deadlines.
  • Comfortable using computer tools and software.
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills.
  • Curious, patient, and meticulous, with strong observational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and perform under pressure.
  • English proficiency at B1 level or higher (Common European Framework).
