À±½·ÊÓÆµ is seeking a Deputy Laboratory (Lab) Manager to support the smooth operation of laboratory activities in Arnhem. This role involves hands-on leadership, team development, and a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the Customer Service and Lab Operations Manager to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support the technical and organizational management of the lab.
- Coordinate, train, and motivate the dental technician team.
- Conduct quality control checks on outgoing products to meet applicable standards.
- Manage materials and inventory, including ordering supplies and equipment.
- Collaborate with customers to ensure optimal patient care and provide technical support.
- Drive customer satisfaction through product quality and service excellence.
- Assist in building and developing a high-performing lab technician team.
- Monitor and support the achievement of team KPIs.
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory guidelines.
- Stay updated on advancements in dental technology and techniques.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent qualification as a Dental Lab Technician.
- Professional experience in dental technology, ideally with leadership exposure.
- Strong knowledge of oral device production and modern dental technology.
- Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
- Independent, organized, and reliable work approach.
- Passion for excellence and continuous learning.
- Problem-solving, team-building, and mentoring abilities.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a dynamic environment.
