��Ƶ is seeking a Medical Information Specialist to lead and manage medical information strategies and resources.

Primary Responsibilities:

This role focuses on ensuring high-quality, compliant medical information documents and processes while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Skills & Requirements:

Strong understanding of medical information processes and regulatory compliance.
Experience in developing and managing medical information documents and SOPs.
Proven ability to manage vendor relationships effectively.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to handle escalated inquiries professionally.

The Director of Medical Information's' responsibilities will be:

Develop and implement medical information strategies and response resources.
Plan, create, and maintain high-quality medical information documents, including FAQs and other standard materials, ensuring timely review, approval, and implementation.
Ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements.
Develop and standardize medical information processes through SOP creation.
Lead and manage relationships with contact center vendors, including identifying, onboarding, and training new vendors as needed.
Handle escalated responses to non-standard medical inquiries, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant resolutions.
