À±½·ÊÓƵ is seeking a Distribution Centre Operative to support accurate stock movement, picking, packing, and dispatch activities within a healthcare supply chain environment. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a patient-focused mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team or independently. The position offers two shift patterns and is based in Burgess Hill. Reliable transport is essential due to limited public transport options.
Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate stock movement, including picking, packing, and dispatching items.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
- Contribute to the smooth operation of the healthcare supply chain.
- Collaborate with team members while also being capable of working independently.
- Adhere to safety and operational protocols at all times.
