À±½·ÊÓÆµ is seeking a Digital Technology Lead to support Quality Control MSAT teams by defining and executing the digital technology roadmap, lead the implementation of innovative solutions, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. This position requires close collaboration with scientific users, cross-functional teams, and external vendors to drive digital transformation while maintaining operational resilience and cybersecurity.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a digital roadmap for QC Labs and MSAT, aligning with business needs and compliance requirements.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies to enhance lab efficiency, data integrity, and process automation.
  • Lead the implementation of digital solutions such as LIMS, CDS, LES, data analytics platforms, and instrument connectivity systems.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and vendor interactions, ensuring adherence to GxP requirements and organizational standards.
  • Serve as the application owner for laboratory digital systems, overseeing lifecycle activities like patching, updates, and incident management.
  • Plan and control budgets for digital initiatives, optimizing resource allocation and managing vendor performance.
  • Act as the primary digital technology partner for QC and MSAT stakeholders, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
  • Represent digital initiatives in governance committees and steering boards.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Expertise in QC and MSAT lab applications such as LIMS, chromatography systems, and reporting solutions.
  • Knowledge of data provisioning platforms and advanced data analysis techniques.
  • Familiarity with automation and digital innovations in laboratory environments.
  • Experience in complex project management and solution design within a GxP-compliant setting.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in collaborating with global teams and managing cross-functional projects.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent time management, prioritization, and negotiation skills.
  • A structured thinker with the ability to work independently in ambiguous environments.
