À±½·ÊÓÆµ is seeking a Key Account Manager to join a field-based team covering Leipzig and surrounding areas. In this role, you will focus on developing strong commercial relationships with healthcare professionals and decision-makers across hospitals and clinics. Your work will aim to maximize access to products within key accounts while driving value-adding activities in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Implement the company's Key Account Management approach in collaboration with Marketing, Medical, Market Access, and other departments.
- Build and maintain relationships with hospital and office-based specialists, including Osteologists, Endocrinologists, Paediatricians, Rheumatologists, Nephrologists, pharmacists, nurses, and other relevant personnel.
- Conduct detailed area analysis to identify and develop treatment centers for HPP (Hypophosphatasia).
- Develop insights-based account plans for top treatment centers, including situational analysis and strategic objectives.
- Organize and execute local educational sessions for healthcare professionals.
- Provide educational and commercial services to physicians and pharmacies.
- Drive sales of portfolio products within legal and strategic boundaries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Medical Science Liaisons, and Market Access.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and report account plans and KPIs to senior management.
- Collect and report pharmacovigilance information as per internal SOPs.
- Represent the territory at national and international events and congresses.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- A degree in a scientific or related field, or equivalent experience (e.g., nursing, physiotherapy, clinical research).
- Proven success in securing hospital formularies for complex products.
- Experience managing sales territories in specialized medical areas such as endocrinology, bone disease, or rheumatology.
- Established industry network and relationships within the territory.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to address customer needs and manage concerns effectively.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with diverse customer groups.
- Business analytical and clinical acumen.
- Relevant professional licenses and credentials required for the role.
- Proficiency in English for participation in international meetings is preferred.
- Self-motivated, organized, and collaborative problem-solving skills.
