À±½·ÊÓÆµ is seeking a Laboratory Technician to support quality control operations in the pharmaceutical and immuno-oncology space. The position requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong scientific background and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Primary Responsibilities:
The successful candidate be involved in performing laboratory testing and sampling to ensure product quality and compliance with regulatory standards.
Skills & Requirements:
- Strong scientific education to understand testing concepts, principles, and mathematical calculations.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and general computer skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Flexibility to work shifts, holidays, and weekends as required.
- Capability to work in manufacturing labs and open office environments.
The Laboratory Technician's responsibilities will be:
- Conduct sampling and testing using established methodologies, ensuring results are accurate and defensible.
- Demonstrate understanding of scientific principles and method validation for assigned assays.
- Review GMP assay data and communicate findings effectively to manufacturing teams.
- Prioritize tasks and make decisions with minimal supervision.
- Participate in laboratory investigations and problem-solving activities.
- Support non-routine tests, studies, or projects as needed.
- Assist in the qualification, operation, and maintenance of laboratory equipment, ensuring functionality and compliance with validation requirements.
- Escalate issues related to equipment or assays promptly.
- Adhere to current GMP regulations and quality systems, promoting a quality-focused mindset.
- Communicate concerns, issues, and best practices in a professional manner.
- Support site operations and contribute to operational excellence initiatives.
- Perform additional departmental duties as assigned by management.
- Follow safety and environmental guidelines, including handling hazardous waste in compliance with protocols.
- Maintain inspection readiness in the area of responsibility.
