À±½·ÊÓƵ is seeking a Logistics Analyst to be responsible for supporting transportation operations, carrier management, freight optimization, and transportation performance across the supply chain network.
Primary Responsibilities:
This role serves as support between carriers, distribution centers, customer service teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective transportation services reporting to Sr. Manager - Logistics. The Logistics Analyst supports daily reporting needs, tariff cost entries and continuous improvement initiatives.
Skills & Requirements:
- Preferred to have logistics, transportation, or distribution or international experience.
- Must have Excel experience intermediate to advanced skills.
- Preferred to have WMS or TMS (transportation management systems).
- High school diploma required. College degree not required.
The Logistics Coordinator's responsibilities will be:
Transportation Operations
- Monitor shipment execution across all transportation modes.
Carrier Management
- Manage carrier scorecards focusing on service, cost, quality, and compliance metrics.
Cost Management & Analytics
- Monitor transportation spend.
- Analyze freight data, accessorial charges, and network efficiencies.
Team Support
- Provide guidance and support to Inbound - Trade Compliance Lead and Outbound Performance Lead.
- Support transportation-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Train team members on transportation procedures, KPIs, and best practices.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Support audit requirements and transportation documentation standards.
- Promote a culture of safety and operational excellence.
