À±½·ÊÓÆµ is seeking a Logistics Specialist to support the efficient management, storage, and distribution of goods. This role involves handling various logistics processes, including receiving, storing, and transporting goods, while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Proficiency in German is required for this position.

Receiving and managing goods:

  • Accepting goods in the logistics process
  • Unloading and checking goods
  • Transhipping goods
  • Storing goods and maintaining the warehouse
  • Identifying, transhipping, and transporting hazardous goods
  • Managing temperature-sensitive goods in accordance with GMP

Distribution of goods:

  • Picking and preparing goods
  • Recording and transmitting accompanying data and information on the goods to be delivered
  • Scheduling goods and planning routes
  • Loading goods onto means of transport and securing them for transport
  • Affixing hazardous substance labels
  • Recording and documenting damaged goods and containers

Storing goods:

  • Receiving and handling goods and updating stock levels
  • Storing goods and optimizing the warehouse
  • Recording stock levels and flow in the system.

Picking goods:

  • Picking goods and visually inspecting them
  • Preparing and loading picked goods for transport

Organizing orders:

  • Receiving logistics orders
  • Planning and organizing logistics orders
  • Checking and providing work equipment for logistics orders

Designing and optimizing work assignments:

  • Receive, process, or forward customer requests in the area of logistics
  • Optimize the quality and efficiency of your own work in logistics
  • Sort and store residual materials and waste according to material cycles and send them for disposal or recycling
  • Document information on logistics orders and processes

Skills & Requirements:

  • Proficiency in German (required).
  • Knowledge of handling hazardous and temperature-sensitive goods.
  • Familiarity with GMP standards and logistics systems.
  • Attention to detail and ability to document processes accurately.
  • Experience in optimizing warehouse operations and logistics workflows.
