À±½·ÊÓÆµ is seeking a Manager for Commercial Data Management and Operations to join a dynamic team.
Primary Responsibilities:
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring data quality, accuracy, and availability to support critical business decisions. You will oversee data stewardship processes, manage master data for healthcare professionals and organizations, and maintain the commercial data warehouse. This position requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting, process improvement, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Skills & Requirements:
- Expertise in commercial data management, data warehousing, and master data management (MDM).
- Proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts; experience with cloud-based platforms like AWS, Snowflake, or Azure is a plus.
- Familiarity with R and/or Python for data analysis is advantageous.
- Experience with third-party syndicated data assets such as IQVIA, Symphony, or specialty pharmacy data.
- Strong understanding of data stewardship, governance, and quality best practices.
- Proven ability to design and optimize data marts and warehouses.
- Experience with BI tools like Tableau is beneficial.
- Background in process implementation and cross-functional project management.
- Oncology or rare disease experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with IDN and specialty pharmacy data validation processes is a plus.
The Manager, Commercial Data Management and Operations' responsibilities will be:
- Supervise and enhance data stewardship processes, including oversight of data change requests managed by service providers.
- Manage master data for healthcare professionals (HCPs) and organizations (HCOs) within the commercial data warehouse (CDW).
- Oversee daily operations of the CDW, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution.
- Validate and integrate data from multiple vendors, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Design, optimize, and maintain data marts to support advanced reporting and analytics in Tableau.
- Support integration and design of new data acquisitions and enhancements to CDW processes.
- Identify and implement process improvements and quality measures, including exception management and data validation.
- Manage third-party agreements to ensure compliant vendor access to CDW data.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for technical and business use.
- Participate in sprint processes, user acceptance testing (UAT), and stakeholder communications.
- Integrate third-party syndicated data assets into the CDW, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Educate and train teams on available data assets and respond to data inquiries.
- Collaborate with IT/IS on system integrations to ensure seamless data flow.
- Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security policies.
Compensation:
- $70 to $81 per hour.
