Are you ready to turn precision into progress and play a key role in shaping the future of pharmaceutical innovation?

À±½·ÊÓÆµ is seeking a skilled and proactive Mechanical Engineer to contribute to the design, coordination, and delivery of black utility systems within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical project. This role involves collaborating with internal and external teams, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring successful execution from concept to commissioning.

Key responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with engineering teams and design partners to develop and review mechanical designs for black utilities, including steam, HVAC, compressed air, and chilled water systems.
  • Ensure all designs comply with GMP, safety, and operational standards.
  • Manage relationships with equipment vendors and contractors to ensure timely delivery, technical compliance, and quality execution.
  • Participate in RFQ processes, technical evaluations, and contract reviews.
  • Oversee the installation and commissioning of black utility systems.
  • Provide technical input during FAT, SAT, and qualification activities.
  • Troubleshoot issues and support resolution during construction and startup phases.
  • Maintain accurate records, including design reviews, change controls, and commissioning documentation.
  • Ensure all work aligns with GMP, EHS, and internal quality standards.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Background in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Strong understanding of black utility systems and facility infrastructure.
  • Experience in design coordination and vendor management.
  • Familiarity with commissioning, qualification, and validation processes.
  • Knowledge of cleanroom HVAC, boiler systems, and energy optimization is a plus.
  • Exposure to CAPEX projects and multi-disciplinary engineering teams is advantageous.
  • Hands-on experience with utility system troubleshooting and lifecycle management is preferred.
