À±½·ÊÓƵ is seeking a Manager oversee a diverse portfolio of generic pharmaceutical products across various therapy areas. This role involves managing the product lifecycle from launch to discontinuation, contributing to strategic decisions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The position is hybrid, offering flexibility between home-working and office locations in Essex or West Yorkshire.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of approximately 200 SKUs across multiple therapy areas.
• Oversee the product lifecycle, from launch to discontinuation.
• Lead projects as assigned by the line manager.
• Identify and propose value-adding line extensions and new product opportunities.
• Collaborate with commercial pricing and demand teams to make informed product-related decisions.
• Analyze data to assess portfolio performance and provide actionable recommendations.
• Contribute to and develop monthly reporting processes.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Degree or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in FMCG or pharmaceutical settings.
• Proven expertise in portfolio lifecycle management.
• Strong understanding of commercial finance and performance reporting.
• Proficiency in project management.
• Knowledge of commodity trading and the UK pharmaceutical market, including NHS structure.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
• Self-motivated, passionate, and quick-thinking individual.
