À±½·ÊÓÆµ is seeking an Office Administrator to join a dynamic team in Manhattan, NY. This position focuses on front desk management, visitor experience, and office operations support.
Primary Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will play a key part in ensuring smooth office operations and creating a welcoming environment for visitors and employees.
Skills & Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain attention to detail.
- Proficiency in coordinating logistics and maintaining organized records.
- Experience in office operations, facilities management, or a similar role is preferred.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and maintaining a welcoming office environment.
The Office Administrator's responsibilities will be:
- Greet and welcome visitors, candidates, and vendors with professionalism and friendliness.
- Manage front desk coverage, ensuring consistent on-site presence.
- Coordinate visitor check-ins and departures, notify employees of arrivals, and maintain an accurate visitor log.
- Collaborate with Executive Assistants and HR to coordinate visitor logistics, such as room scheduling and arrival timing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area.
- Stock and manage kitchen supplies, including snacks, beverages, coffee, and utensils.
- Monitor inventory and place orders for kitchen and office supplies as needed.
- Ensure common areas, including the kitchen, conference rooms, and reception, are tidy and well-maintained.
- Support daily office operations and facilities management, including liaising with the property manager and coordinating vendor access when necessary.
