Pharmaceutical Learning and Development Associate - Contract - Lincoln, NE
À±½·ÊÓÆµ is seeking a dedicated Pharmaceutical Learning and Development Associate.
Primary Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will enhance training programs within a manufacturing GMP environment. This role will focus on creating engaging learning experiences and managing training materials effectively.
Skills & Requirements:
- Experience in training within a manufacturing GMP environment.
- Understanding of adult learning principles and training processes.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including video editing.
- Experience with LMS database management.
- Familiarity with Veeva systems is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
The Pharmaceutical Learning and Development Associate's responsibilities will be:
- Develop and deliver tailored training programs for adult learners in a manufacturing GMP setting.
- Implement effective training methodologies and processes.
- Facilitate interactive training sessions both in-person and online.
- Create and manage training materials, including video content.
- Maintain and update training records in the LMS database.
- Collaborate with teams to identify training needs and develop solutions.
- Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of training programs.
Compensation:
- $30 to $33 per hour
