Pharmaceutical Learning and Development Associate - Contract - Lincoln, NE

��Ƶ is seeking a dedicated Pharmaceutical Learning and Development Associate.

Primary Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will enhance training programs within a manufacturing GMP environment. This role will focus on creating engaging learning experiences and managing training materials effectively.

Skills & Requirements:

Experience in training within a manufacturing GMP environment.
Understanding of adult learning principles and training processes.
Strong communication and facilitation skills.
Proficiency in computer skills, including video editing.
Experience with LMS database management.
Familiarity with Veeva systems is advantageous.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Strong organizational and time management skills.

The Pharmaceutical Learning and Development Associate's responsibilities will be:

Develop and deliver tailored training programs for adult learners in a manufacturing GMP setting.
Implement effective training methodologies and processes.
Facilitate interactive training sessions both in-person and online.
Create and manage training materials, including video content.
Maintain and update training records in the LMS database.
Collaborate with teams to identify training needs and develop solutions.
Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of training programs.

Compensation:

$30 to $33 per hour
