À±½·ÊÓÆµ is seeking a Process Engineer to join our client's team in Neuchatel, Switzerland. In this role, you will focus on the validation of manufacturing processes for drug products, ensuring compliance and efficiency through the development, execution, and reporting of engineering and process performance qualification (PPQ) runs.
Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and standardize protocols for Engineering Runs and PPQ Runs, ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards.
- Collaborate with the Manufacturing team to support the execution of validation runs, addressing technical challenges and ensuring protocol adherence.
- Author comprehensive validation reports, integrating all relevant data and ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Work closely with Quality Assurance, Process Engineering, and other teams to align validation activities with manufacturing goals and timelines.
- Focus on continuous improvement by optimizing validation processes and leveraging best practices for regulatory compliance and efficiency.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Degree in engineering or biotechnology.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Experience with Kneat software for validation documentation.
- Expertise in process validation within pharmaceutical or biotechnological manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of GMP regulations and risk management.
- Exceptional technical writing skills for clear and compliant documentation.
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and commitment to quality.
