À±½·ÊÓÆµ is seeking a Procurement & PSM Manager to support procurement and supplier management processes within the oncology and biotechnology sectors. This position offers an opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to the success of clinical operations and supplier relationships.
Primary Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will oversee end-to-end procurement activities, focusing on contract execution and supplier performance management using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Skills & Requirements:
- A university degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in procurement and/or supplier management within a life sciences setting.
- Strong understanding of contract management and supplier performance metrics.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with clinical trial processes and associated supplier requirements is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in managing supplier-related documentation and compliance.
The Procurement & PSM Manager's responsibilities will be:
- Manage supplier selection processes for assigned departments or categories.
- Monitor and address supplier issues and risks on an ongoing basis.
- Ensure compliance with procurement processes and contracts, including ongoing contract management.
- Support supplier relationship and performance management activities across multiple service areas.
- Assist functional representatives in setting deliverables and resolving supplier issues.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and reconciliation efforts.
- Collaborate with Clinical Operations teams to develop and maintain Clinical Supplier Management and Oversight Plans.
- Review and approve supplier invoices to ensure smooth processing.
- Participate in supplier selection related to clinical trials.
- Coordinate supplier setup, including purchase order creation and documentation.
- Draft, negotiate, and execute contracts while ensuring proper filing and compliance.
- Support clinical trial insurance processes by liaising with insurance brokers as needed.
- Assist in audits performed at suppliers for qualification purposes under GCP standards.
