��Ƶ is seeking a Production Operator to join a dynamic team in the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector. In this role, you will contribute to various production processes while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and cGMP quality standards. This position also involves supporting team development and addressing production deviations effectively.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.

Responsibilities:

Perform tasks across different production functions, adhering to safety and cGMP guidelines.
Identify, interpret, and resolve deviations in production processes.
Execute production steps, including accurate documentation and calculations.
Assist in onboarding and training new team members.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Background in chemical or biopharmaceutical education.
Experience in pharmaceutical production as an operator, production technician, or similar role.
Strong commitment to safety-conscious work practices.
Knowledge of process engineering principles.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of German is advantageous.
