Primary Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will play a key part in organizing and maintaining project timelines, deliverables, and reporting tools. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset to contribute to high-impact projects in a dynamic environment.
Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience in administrative operations, program coordination, or project support roles.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, trackers, and timelines simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including meeting documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and advanced Excel.
- Preferred experience with Tableau dashboards, databases, and data analytics to support project tracking and decision-making.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
The Project Coordinator's responsibilities will be:
- Develop and maintain centralized systems to manage workstreams, timelines, and deliverables for international business initiatives.
- Utilize dashboards, databases, and reporting tools to provide visibility into ongoing projects.
- Monitor project timelines, identify risks or delays, and communicate these to relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare status updates, summaries, and materials for leadership reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
