Psychiatric Clinical Rater - Contract - Brookline, MA

À±½·ÊÓÆµ is seeking a Psychiatric Clinical Rater to support pediatric psychiatry clinical trials in Brookline, MA. This part-time, fully onsite role involves conducting psychiatric and behavioral assessments with children and adolescents.
Primary Responsibilities:
The successful candidate requires attention to detail, adherence to clinical research protocols, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
Skills & Requirements:
- Experience administering psychiatric rating scales in pediatric-adolescent clinical trials.
- Familiarity with pediatric mood disorders, such as Bipolar Disorder and Major Depressive Disorder.
- Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and clinical research procedures.
- Ability to complete study-specific rater training and qualification requirements.
- Documented experience with pediatric psychiatric assessments, including but not limited to:
- K-SADS-PL, CDRS-R, C-SSRS, YMRS, CGI-S, CGI-I, HAM-A, PQ-LES-Q, AIMS, BARS, and SAS.
- Strongly preferred: At least two years of CNS-psychiatry clinical research experience and prior experience as a primary or independent rater in pediatric clinical trials.
The Psychiatric Clinical Rater's responsibilities will be:
- Administer and score protocol-required psychiatric assessments.
- Conduct structured clinical interviews with pediatric and adolescent participants.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy in assessment administration and scoring.
- Complete required source documentation and maintain study records.
- Participate in study-specific rater training, certification, and calibration.
- Collaborate with investigators and the clinical research team.
- Escalate clinically significant findings to the investigator as appropriate.
- Maintain compliance with the protocol, GCP, IRB, and research requirements.
Compensation:
- $35.00 - $40.00 Per Hour
