À±½·ÊÓÆµ is seeking a Senior Director to focus on Early Clinical Development within Immunology.
Primary Responsibilities:
In this role, you will shape and lead the medical and scientific strategy for multiple Immunology assets, overseeing early clinical development from initial concept through execution. Partnering cross‑functionally, you will design innovative clinical trials, steer development plans, and ensure the delivery of high‑quality clinical studies.
Skills & Requirements:
- Advanced degree with substantial experience in Rheumatology and/or Immunology
- Demonstrated expertise in clinical development within an industry setting
- Strong knowledge of clinical trial design, drug development processes, and global regulatory frameworks (FDA, MHRA, ICH, GCP)
- Strategic thinker with a proven ability to perform effectively in a fast‑paced environment
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and people leadership skills
The Senior Director, Early Clinical Development's responsibilities will be:
- Lead design, delivery, and interpretation of early-phase clinical studies
- Own clinical development plans, protocols, and key regulatory documents
- Provide expert medical input across research, translational, and clinical teams
- Translate emerging science in autoimmune and inflammatory diseases into actionable strategies
- Partner with investigators, external experts, and collaborators
- Drive regulatory interactions and ensure high-quality, compliant study execution
- Support biomarker strategy and early efficacy assessment
- Contribute to strategic opportunities, including in-licensing
Compensation:
- $350,000 to $400,000 per annum.
