Sr. Stats Programmer - Contract - Cambridge, MA

Transform clinical trial data into submission‑ready evidence.

��Ƶ is seeking a Sr. Stats Programmer to join a team in Massachusetts. This position requires expertise in SAS programming and familiarity with drug submission requirements.

Primary Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will focus on generating datasets, tables, listings, and figures (TLFs) programming while ensuring proper validation processes are followed.

Skills & Requirements:

Proficiency in SAS programming, including SAS STAT, GRAPH, and MACRO.
Strong understanding of the drug development process and clinical trials.
Familiarity with CDISC standards, ICH, and FDA/EMEA guidelines.
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Ability to manage a moderate to large volume of complex tasks with minimal supervision.
Capability to handle ad-hoc requests with minimal guidance.
Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, IT, Biology, or Social Science.

The Sr. Stats Programmer's responsibilities will be:

Develop and perform quality control (QC) programming for SDTM datasets, analysis datasets, tables, listings, and figures across multiple clinical trials using SAS software.
Ensure adherence to standards at the drug program level and integrate data across multiple studies or programs.
Work independently under the guidance of a lead programmer.
Communicate issues effectively to the lead programmer or manager.
Meet project timelines or proactively communicate risks to allow for adjustments.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the department.
