À±½·ÊÓÆµ is seeking a dedicated Synergie Production Operator to support the manufacturing process of active pharmaceutical substances. Your role will focus on ensuring compliance with industry standards and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.
Responsibilities:
- Adhere to cGMP, BDP, and EHS standards.
- Conduct routine and some non-routine process activities following established guidelines.
- Report any technical or organizational issues encountered.
- Propose ideas for process improvements.
- Ensure proper execution of tasks and escalate problems as needed.
- Participate in ongoing training and development.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Educational background in biotechnology, chemistry, biology, or biochemistry, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, food, or chemical industries, particularly in controlled environments.
- Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) rules.
- Strong team collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in office software (Outlook, Excel, Word) is advantageous.
- Effective communication skills in French (minimum level B2).
- Methodical and organized approach to work.
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing needs.
