System Engineer (80-100%)

Locations: Schwerzenbach, Olten, Pratteln, or Zug | Hybrid Work Model

Our client combines tradition with innovation-offering everything from on-premise systems to one of Switzerland's most advanced cloud platforms. We're looking for a System Engineer who's ready to make an impact.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.

What You'll Do:

• Support and develop IT environments for a diverse customer base
• Install and maintain solutions using Microsoft Windows (Server/Client), Microsoft 365, VDI (Citrix/Horizon/RDS), and Sophos Firewall
• Perform regular maintenance and 3rd-level support

What You Bring:

• Solid experience in system engineering
• Strong analytical thinking and a proactive mindset
• Expertise in Microsoft and virtualization technologies
• A self-driven, organized approach to work
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
• A collaborative and empathetic attitude
