À±½·ÊÓÆµ is seeking a Territory Manager for MedSurg and Urology in the regions of Baden Würrtemberg, Rheinland-Pfalz, and Saarland. In this role, you will focus on enhancing sales and profitability by implementing strategic sales and marketing initiatives. You will be expected to develop a comprehensive understanding of the products and their clinical applications.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets by independently presenting and selling products to healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
- Demonstrate thorough product knowledge and understanding of the medical discipline.
- Provide technical training and support to medical personnel on device usage.
- Manage territory budgets for events and sample stock.
- Develop and maintain an annual business plan addressing sales growth, risk management, and competitive activity.
- Monitor market share and competitor activity.
- Participate in exhibitions and meetings as needed.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with sales team members and support functions to enhance customer service.
- Work with commercial teams to explore contractual opportunities.
- Contribute to new product ideas and assist in evaluations or studies.
- Adhere to quality policies and procedures, including complaint handling and product returns.
- Comply with all company policies and legal regulations.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Experience in medical sales is preferred.
- Knowledge of products or procedures is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and other relevant languages.
- Excellent numeric and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft® Office.
- Proven problem-solving abilities.
- High self-motivation and ability to travel frequently within the territory.
