À±½·ÊÓƵ is seeking a Training Specialist to support process improvements and system enablement initiatives.
Primary Responsibilities:
In this role, you will focus on creating and implementing change management plans, developing training materials, and driving adoption of new processes and tools across teams. This position requires a proactive approach to education and training, with an emphasis on clear communication and user-friendly resources.
Skills & Requirements:
- Experience in change management, training, or organizational development.
- Familiarity with Agiloft and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) concepts.
- Knowledge of task orchestration and process automation is preferred.
- Pharmaceutical industry experience is helpful but not required.
The Training Specialist's responsibilities will be:
- Develop and coordinate change management plans, including drafting and organizing materials for process education and system training sessions.
- Map and streamline process workflows across Legal, Procurement, and Policy Operations to support system changes.
- Create training and educational materials to drive adoption across R&D and other business teams.
- Design and build user-friendly education and training resources, such as user guides, presentations, videos, and e-learning modules.
- Coordinate training sessions, including scheduling, sending invitations, and managing participant communications.
