À±½·ÊÓƵ is seeking a Service Demand Planning Associate for a hybrid role based in Burgess Hill. This position is part of a Service-Field Support team and focuses on coordinating supply-demand balancing across short, mid, and long-term planning horizons. You will play a key role in ensuring effective deployment of field service resources by maintaining inventory and systems data quality, supporting demand-supply meetings, and addressing supply issues. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate supply-demand balancing for short, mid, and long-term resource planning.
- Maintain accurate inventory and systems data quality.
- Support weekly demand-supply meetings and escalate supply issues as needed.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure optimal deployment of field service resources.
- Utilize digital tools and enterprise systems such as SAP, ERP, and CRM for data management and decision-making.
- Produce basic management information reports.
- Prioritize and re-plan tasks, including handling out-of-hours cases when required.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in using CRM and enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, ERP).
- Excellent data entry accuracy and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
- Educational background equivalent to A-levels or higher, with a minimum of 5 GCSEs including English and Maths.
- Previous experience in demand planning or within a technology-led healthcare environment is desirable.
- Flexibility to work in a hybrid model, with some shifts extending outside core hours.
