À±½·ÊÓÆµ is seeking a Global Program Manager to support the global launch of a key pharmaceutical product.
Primary Responsibilities:
In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute an integrated global launch plan, ensuring alignment with asset and brand strategies. This position requires strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in global commercial launches.
Skills & Requirements:
- Strong background in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries, with experience in strategic or tactical roles supporting launch readiness.
- Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office Suite.
- Understanding of pharmaceutical development, regulatory requirements, and global launch processes.
- Exceptional organizational and planning skills to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Ability to identify risks, propose solutions, and implement mitigation plans proactively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to facilitate discussions and drive clarity.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders in a matrix environment.
- Experience with global launches and familiarity with digital collaboration tools is preferred.
- Multilingual capabilities and a PMP certification are advantageous.
The Global Program Manager's responsibilities will be:
- Develop and monitor an integrated global launch plan in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Facilitate engagement with stakeholders across Clinical Development, Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, Communications, and Medical Affairs.
- Collaborate with regional launch leads to ensure timely and high-quality execution of launch activities.
- Organize and oversee global launch activation workshops, team meetings, and summits.
- Manage global launch timelines, focusing on critical path tactics and alignment with strategies.
- Identify and mitigate risks through scenario planning and decision-making processes.
- Act as an integrator for cross-functional teams, driving clarity and removing barriers to execution.
- Establish and track launch Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and provide regular status updates to leadership.
- Foster a positive team culture through effective facilitation, clear communication, and collaborative decision-making.
- Conduct After Action Reviews to capture and share best practices for future launches.
- Champion continuous process improvement initiatives within the launch community.
- Utilize digital tools to enhance planning, tracking, and team collaboration.
Compensation:
- $100 to $150 per hour.
