À±½·ÊÓÆµ is seeking a Vice President of EMEA & Japan to lead international sales efforts within the cardiovascular, medical devices, and medical technology sectors. This role focuses on driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and fostering strategic customer relationships across the UK, Germany, Italy, and Japan. You will oversee direct sales and customer success teams, ensuring seamless customer lifecycle management from pre-sales to post-sales support.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional go-to-market strategies aligned with global objectives.
  • Create tailored market plans for the UK, Germany, Italy, and Japan, considering regulatory and competitive landscapes.
  • Own regional revenue targets, pipeline forecasting, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Lead and manage multi-country teams, including directors, sales managers, clinical specialists, and customer success leads.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, high performance, and collaboration across teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, imaging centers, academic institutions, and channel partners.
  • Oversee customer engagement, ensuring retention, growth, and exceptional account management.
  • Establish and refine sales processes, reporting frameworks, and compliance adherence.
  • Provide market insights to inform product strategy and competitive positioning.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Strong background in healthcare technology, medical imaging, or enterprise AI solutions.
  • Proven experience leading multi-country sales organizations and achieving revenue growth.
  • Deep understanding of imaging workflows, clinical environments, and advanced visualization solutions.
  • Skilled in managing direct sales teams and channel partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to navigate complex regulatory and cultural environments across Europe and Asia.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
