À±½·ÊÓƵ is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join a team in Bern, Switzerland, as a Scientist (FMEA Risk Analysis) / Wissenschaftler specializing in Risikoanalyse (FMEA). In this role, you will focus on quality assurance activities within the animal health and pharmaceutical industry. This position requires fluency in German (C2 level or equivalent) and offers an opportunity to contribute to critical risk analysis and process improvement initiatives.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.

Responsibilities:

• Investigate deviations and prepare comprehensive deviation reports.
• Draft and manage change requests, coordinate necessary actions, and monitor progress.
• Create or update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), processes, and work instructions.
• Develop and implement risk analyses using FMEA methodology.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Academic background in natural sciences (e.g., pharmacy, chemistry, biology) or significant experience in a related field.
• Initial professional experience in the chemical, pharmaceutical, or food industry, particularly within GMP-regulated environments.
• Familiarity with at least one of the listed responsibilities.
• Independent working style with a quick grasp of new topics.
• Strong team player with clear and open communication skills, actively engaging stakeholders.
• Proficiency in German at C2 level or equivalent, along with good written and spoken English skills.
