À±½·ÊÓÆµ is seeking an Administrative Support professional to join a global team within the Contracting Center of Excellence (CoE). This role focuses on providing essential administrative, system, and coordination support to ensure the smooth execution of contracting activities. You will play a key role in managing systems, maintaining documentation, and supporting internal processes.
Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for ongoing contracting activities, including preparation and collection of required documentation.
- Maintain accurate contract folders, trackers, and internal documentation.
- Create, update, and manage activities in Ariba as per team instructions.
- Support supplier onboarding and follow-ups when necessary.
- Track Ariba request statuses and escalate delays or issues as needed.
- Maintain contract tracking tools and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
- Prepare regular status reports and summaries.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Finance, Procurement, Legal, and Master Data to ensure smooth workflows.
- Follow up on missing information and outstanding action items.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and guidelines, supporting audit readiness through accurate documentation.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Experience in an administrative or coordination role, ideally in a corporate environment.
- Familiarity with systems like Ariba is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in working with Excel trackers and structured reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
