À±½·ÊÓÆµ is seeking an Associate Warehouse Coordinator to support daily warehouse operations in a regulated environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring material traceability, fulfilling customer and production orders accurately, and supporting overall supply chain efficiency. This role focuses on receiving, order picking, material handling, and inventory coordination while adhering to GMP standards.
Skills & Requirements:
- Basic understanding of GMP/GDP requirements and inventory traceability.
- Experience with ERP/WMS systems (SAP preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Ability to follow structured procedures and documentation requirements.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in warehouse logistics or manufacturing support roles.
- Background in a regulated environment (pharma, biotech, or CDMO) is preferred.
The Associate Warehouse Coordinator's responsibilities will be:
- Pick, verify, and stage materials for customer orders and internal production requests with accuracy.
- Ensure correct lot selection, quantity, and labeling in compliance with GMP and customer specifications.
- Prepare materials for shipment following SOPs and quality requirements.
- Perform inventory transactions in WMS/ERP systems (e.g., issuing, transferring, cycle counts).
- Maintain inventory accuracy and support cycle count and reconciliation activities.
- Safely handle, store, and move materials, including temperature-controlled or regulated products.
- Stage raw materials, components, and consumables to support manufacturing operations.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely material availability.
- Return, quarantine, or properly dispose of materials as required.
- Follow GMP, GDP, and company SOPs for all warehouse activities.
- Maintain accurate documentation to support traceability and audit readiness.
- Identify and report deviations, discrepancies, or non-conformances.
- Assist with inbound receiving, inspection, and put-away processes.
- Support packaging, labeling, and shipment preparation.
- Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards using 5S principles.
- Collaborate with other departments as needed.
- Exhibit professional behavior that reflects positively on the company.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
