À±½·ÊÓÆµ is seeking a results-driven Director INB Campaigns to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns within Global Marketing Operations. This 1-year maternity cover role focuses on scaling and tailoring flagship campaign frameworks to meet business platform needs, ensuring high-impact activation, operational excellence, and consistent delivery across all channels.
The ideal candidate is a strategic yet hands-on marketing leader who excels at translating business priorities into measurable demand generation campaigns while leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and monitor global marketing campaigns across events, webinars, and content initiatives to build awareness, generate leads, and drive engagement.
- Ensure alignment across Strategic Marketing, Sales, Digital Marketing, and Branding & Advertising for consistent, high-quality campaign delivery.
- Oversee end-to-end execution of events, conferences, tradeshows, customer engagements, and site visits to maximize commercial impact and experience quality.
- Manage budgets for Marketing Operations channels and events, ensuring transparency, control, and accurate tracking of spending.
- Drive operational excellence through collaboration, process optimization, and standardization.
- Coordinate with Strategic Marketing to align content and collateral with campaign intent, ensuring timely delivery of approved materials.
- Support organization of site openings, key customer events, site tours, and videography/photography projects.
- Implement media plans and messaging in collaboration with Branding & Advertising and public relations service providers.
- Develop and roll out Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for marketing operations.
- Build strong relationships and collaborate closely with other Global Marketing departments and stakeholders.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or business training is an advantage.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing communications, event/tradeshow management, and content marketing within a B2B environment, preferably in pharma, biotech, or CDMO services.
- Proven success in developing and executing integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital content, webinars, events, and tradeshows.
- Leadership experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, managing external vendors, tracking budgets, and delivering multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and data-driven with problem-solving capabilities and creativity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Forms; experience with Wrike, Salesforce, and Marketo preferred; Power BI knowledge is a plus.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally.
