À±½·ÊÓƵ is seeking a Global Clinical Distribution Lead to join a dynamic team responsible for managing the end-to-end distribution of clinical trial supplies. In this role, you will ensure timely delivery of clinical inventory across a global distribution network, supporting critical clinical trials and patient needs. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to innovative supply chain solutions in a GMP-compliant environment.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee on-time delivery performance for global supply shipments to meet study and patient requirements.
- Actively participate in Protocol Execution Teams (PETs), Global Supply Execution Teams (gSETs), and other distribution-related meetings.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational and system issues impacting delivery timelines.
- Coordinate depot supply activities in partnership with Clinical Demand and Supply Leaders.
- Lead and contribute to cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives aligned with global distribution strategies.
- Ensure accurate execution within the CLARA system and perform diagnostics as needed.
- Maintain compliance with GMP standards and quality procedures.
- Manage event records, including quality incidents, CAPAs, and planned changes.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- Experience in clinical trial management, logistics, warehouse management, or supply chain disciplines, preferably in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.
- Proficiency in SAP and ERP systems.
- Strong ability to work in cross-functional, cross-cultural, and agile environments.
- Action-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex situations independently.
- Collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous learning and improvement.
- Effective multitasking and prioritization skills.
- Training in Operational Excellence, Six Sigma, or Lean methodologies is a plus.
- APICS or SCOR certification is an advantage.
