À±½·ÊÓÆµ is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to act as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to business leaders. In this role, you will align people strategies with organizational objectives, providing expert guidance on employee relations, workforce planning, talent development, performance management, and employee engagement. This position is key to fostering a high-performance culture and driving HR initiatives that contribute to organizational success.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
  • Provide guidance on workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
  • Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting and development planning.
  • Support onboarding activities to ensure a seamless integration for new hires.
  • Lead HR campaigns and initiatives to promote employee engagement and organizational culture.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with teams to enhance people management practices and implement initiatives like absence management.
  • Address employee concerns and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage HR projects, including talent development and employee engagement programs.
  • Prepare and review HR documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver specialized solutions in areas such as compensation, benefits, and recruitment.
  • Maintain accurate records and support administrative HR activities.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR processes and the employee experience.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment law, and best practices.
  • Expertise in performance management, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and analytics tools (e.g., Workday).
  • Skilled in change management and cultural transformation.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering business impact.
  • Proven ability to manage complex employee relations cases.
  • Experience in fast-paced environments, such as FMCG or similar industries.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD Level 5 or equivalent).
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional European languages are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a matrixed, multinational organization.
  • Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Advanced HR certifications (e.g., CIPD Level 7).
  • Background in HR technology implementations or optimization.
