Partner with leaders to shape people strategies and support the full employee lifecycle in a dynamic Swiss environment.

À±½·ÊÓÆµ is seeking a Junior HR Business Partner to join a dynamic team in Switzerland. In this role, you will provide hands-on HR support across the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to retirement. You will collaborate with managers and employees to deliver HR expertise and drive key initiatives in areas such as talent management, performance management, and employee engagement. This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on growth, collaboration, and inclusivity.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR consultation and guidance to managers on all people-related matters.
  • Develop and implement people plans aligned with HR and business strategies, focusing on talent management, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Ensure administrative support and coordinate HR duties with HR Services for the site.
  • Build strong relationships with internal clients and the global HR network to ensure seamless HR support.
  • Track and report key performance indicators to improve HR efficiency.
  • Facilitate team and organizational development activities to drive efficiency and build high-performing teams.
  • Coach and support line managers in organizational design and change management plans.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Experience in HR, ideally in a Business Partner role or equivalent.
  • Collaborative approach with a focus on data-driven decision-making and adaptability during high workloads.
  • Hands-on approach to operational tasks to support organizational needs.
  • On-site presence required at least four days per week in Visp.
  • Understanding of Total Rewards concepts, recruitment, and HR processes.
  • Proficient in English and German.
  • Strong communication skills in a matrix environment and across organizational levels.
  • Familiarity with technology tools and reporting dashboards.
  • Basic knowledge of Swiss labor law and experience with disciplinary measures.
  • BSc or MSc in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or equivalent experience preferred.
