À±½·ÊÓÆµ is seeking a Production Technician to support manufacturing operations within a pharmaceutical or biotechnology environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
This role involves preparing solutions, operating production equipment, and maintaining compliance with GMP standards. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to contribute to a collaborative team.
Skills & Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required; additional education is a plus.
- Experience in a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with GMP and GDP guidelines is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
The Manufacturing Associate's responsibilities will be:
- Prepare media and buffer solutions.
- Operate Clean-in-Place (CIP) and Steam-in-Place (SIP) systems.
- Assemble and operate filtration systems.
- Use general production equipment such as pH meters, conductivity meters, autoclaves, and portable mixers.
- Monitor and record critical process parameters.
- Complete all relevant documentation in compliance with GDP and GMP guidelines.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of production equipment to ensure GMP compliance.
- Conduct sampling using aseptic techniques.
- Participate in Continuous Improvement Teams.
- Receive and distribute supplies into production areas as needed.
- Train and mentor team members.
- Assist in troubleshooting process issues and responding to alarms.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
