Manufacturing Associate- Contract - Alcovy, GA

Step into a pivotal role with our pharmaceutical client and assist in shaping the future of healthcare manufacturing.

À±½·ÊÓƵ is seeking a Production Technician to support manufacturing operations within a pharmaceutical or biotechnology environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

This role involves preparing solutions, operating production equipment, and maintaining compliance with GMP standards. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to contribute to a collaborative team.

Skills & Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required; additional education is a plus.
• Experience in a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with GMP and GDP guidelines is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.

The Manufacturing Associate's responsibilities will be:

• Prepare media and buffer solutions.
• Operate Clean-in-Place (CIP) and Steam-in-Place (SIP) systems.
• Assemble and operate filtration systems.
• Use general production equipment such as pH meters, conductivity meters, autoclaves, and portable mixers.
• Monitor and record critical process parameters.
• Complete all relevant documentation in compliance with GDP and GMP guidelines.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of production equipment to ensure GMP compliance.
• Conduct sampling using aseptic techniques.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement Teams.
• Receive and distribute supplies into production areas as needed.
• Train and mentor team members.
• Assist in troubleshooting process issues and responding to alarms.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
