À±½·ÊÓÆµ is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join a dynamic team and play a key role in attracting top talent within the biotech and pharmaceutical sectors.
Primary Responsibilities:
This role focuses on full-cycle recruitment, building diverse candidate pipelines, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to align hiring strategies with business goals and contribute to workforce planning efforts.
Skills & Requirements:
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, behavioral interviewing, candidate assessment, and negotiation.
- Proficiency in various sourcing methods such as direct sourcing, social media, networking, and non-traditional approaches.
- Ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Team-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities and a sense of urgency.
- Experience using Workday or similar applicant tracking systems.
- Background in in-house recruitment within the biotech or pharmaceutical industry, particularly in areas like Medical Affairs, Market Access, Reimbursement, Sales, or MSLs.
The Recruiter's responsibilities will be:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, and offer negotiations.
- Develop and maintain diverse candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, advertising, networking, referrals, and industry connections.
- Educate and engage passive candidates about the company's mission while ensuring a positive recruitment and onboarding experience.
- Implement strategic recruiting plans to attract diverse talent pools.
- Partner with Compensation teams to align offers with the company's compensation philosophy and culture.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to ensure accurate workforce planning and headcount management.
- Provide insights and recommendations on recruitment strategies and visibility efforts.
- Act as a trusted advisor to Hiring Managers, offering guidance on candidate selection and compensation packages.
Compensation:
- $65 to $80 per hour.
