��Ƶ is seeking a Sales Customer Support Specialist to join a dynamic team in Fort Worth, TX.

Primary Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth and compliant processes for sample distribution and reporting. You will also play a key role in managing systems and supporting field sales operations.

Skills & Requirements:

Strong ability to collaborate across multiple departments and functions.
Proficiency in using systems for data entry, tracking, and reporting.
Excellent organizational skills to manage onboarding, territory adjustments, and employee transitions.
Attention to detail to ensure compliance and accuracy in reporting.

The Sales Customer Support Specialist's responsibilities will be:

Work closely with Legal, IT, Compliance, Supply Chain, Sales, and Marketing teams to maintain compliant sample distribution processes and deliver accurate KPI performance reports.
Serve as a key user of systems to input, report, or track activities such as SFA Order Entry, Virtual Inventory, Hand Carry Samples, Medical Meetings and Events, and other sample fulfillment systems.
Oversee onboarding, territory changes, and terminations for field sales employees across shared business units.
Ensure accurate maintenance of representative rosters for both internal and external reporting purposes.
