À±½·ÊÓÆµ is seeking a SR - Rare Diseases to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring strong connections within the healthcare ecosystem, including hospitals, clinics, and patient organizations. A patient-focused approach and fluency in both German and English are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute account strategies to engage key customers and penetrate the market within the assigned region.
- Build and maintain relationships with local decision-makers, hospitals, practices, and patient associations to educate about rare diseases and available therapies.
- Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and care teams to exchange knowledge and develop patient-focused strategies.
- Advocate for patients with rare diseases and provide expertise on available tools and resources.
- Share balanced and accurate information about new therapies in the field of rare diseases.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Degree in health sciences, natural sciences, or a related field, along with certification as a pharmaceutical representative (according to §75 AMG).
- Experience in rare and/or neurological diseases is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of medical, scientific, and health policy concepts, as well as data analysis and neurology.
- Patient-oriented mindset with excellent communication and commercial skills.
- Fluency in German and English.
- Ability to manage complex cases and projects efficiently.
- Permanent residence in the Stadtkreis area.
