Are you ready to drive the adoption of innovative diagnostic solutions and make a real impact across hospitals and laboratories in Central Italy?

À±½·ÊÓÆµ is seeking a Sales Specialist to support the promotion and sales of laboratory point-of-care testing (POCT) products, urinalysis analyzers, and diabetes care solutions within the clinical diagnostics market. This role focuses on building relationships with hospitals and laboratories, providing technical expertise, and driving brand awareness in Central Italy.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell diagnostic products to achieve sales targets by increasing brand awareness and providing professional advice to customers.
  • Demonstrate and present products effectively, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and conduct relevant research to meet customer needs.
  • Coordinate pre- and post-sales activities, including equipment implementation and customer support.
  • Attend and organize trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings to represent product competency.
  • Prepare technical reports for tenders and develop strategies to influence upcoming opportunities.
  • Ensure successful product implementation at clinical sites and participate in evaluations, validations, and verifications.
  • Establish protocols and guidelines, prepare clinical evaluation reports, and assist customers with compliance matters.
  • Report customer feedback for post-market surveillance and provide insights on market trends and competitive activity.
  • Complete administrative tasks such as weekly reports, CRM updates, and expense reports accurately and on time.
  • Plan and manage travel within the territory cost-effectively while adhering to company guidelines.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Experience in IVD sales, particularly in the clinical diagnostics market, with knowledge of capital equipment sales preferred.
  • Strong contacts within hospital and reference laboratory markets.
  • Educational background in Life Sciences or a related discipline.
  • Proficiency in English at a business level.
  • Willingness to travel regularly, including overnight stays, to meet customer needs.
  • Ability to provide scientific and clinical application support during pre- and post-sales processes.
  • Skilled in conducting product demonstrations, training sessions, and installations.
  • Strong communication skills to proactively identify and address customer needs, ensuring satisfaction.
  • Capacity to handle customer feedback and complaints, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Ability to support regulatory and commercial teams with product-related information for tenders and registrations.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain a network of key opinion leaders (KOLs) within the assigned territory.
