À±½·ÊÓÆµ is seeking a Senior Software Lead to contribute to the development of advanced diagnostic imaging solutions aimed at improving global healthcare accessibility. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping software architecture and driving technical strategies across embedded applications and cloud-based systems. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead innovative projects while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of software architecture and technical strategies for embedded and cloud-based systems.
  • Provide hands-on support for software development, integration, debugging, and deployment.
  • Ensure software quality, reliability, scalability, and adherence to cybersecurity best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams to achieve project goals.
  • Develop and enhance CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and development processes.
  • Support software verification, validation, traceability, and documentation activities.
  • Mentor and guide engineers to foster a high-performing engineering culture.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Background in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience leading software development for complex products or systems.
  • Strong expertise in software engineering, including hands-on programming skills in C/C++ and/or Python.
  • Proficiency in defining software architecture and making system-level technical decisions.
  • Familiarity with embedded Linux firmware or embedded systems.
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle, CI/CD processes, and automated testing.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving engineering environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with embedded Linux platforms and device driver development.
  • Knowledge of FPGA or hardware-software integration.
  • Exposure to AWS or GCP cloud infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with DevOps and infrastructure automation.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity and secure software development practices.
