Supply Chain Analyst - Contract - Carlsbad, CA

À±½·ÊÓÆµ is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to join a dynamic team in the US. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the dermatology and cosmetics industry while working on impactful projects such as new product launches and lifecycle management.

Primary Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will play a key part in optimizing supply chain processes, ensuring seamless coordination across various functions, and driving efficiency in demand and supply planning.

Skills & Requirements:

  • strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and inventory data.
  • Proficiency in demand and supply planning systems and tools.
  • Experience in coordinating cross-functional projects and managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on improving forecast accuracy and reducing bias.
  • Ability to monitor and act on KPIs to ensure supply chain efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of the dermatology or cosmetics industry is a plus.

The Supply Chain Analyst's responsibilities will be:

  • Collaborate with global counterparts to align on optimal supply plans using customer-level sales, inventory data, promotional insights, and distribution information.
  • Analyze actual sales and sell-out data to identify unplanned activities and implement swift corrective actions to minimize deviations from the demand plan.
  • Communicate supply chain actions and updates effectively to relevant stakeholders.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects, including new product launches and lifecycle changes, involving teams such as Marketing, Analytics, Sales, Trade, Finance, IT, Factories, and Global Supply Chain.
  • Leverage demand and supply planning systems to enable exception-based management and implement tools for increased efficiency and time savings.
  • Enhance forecast accuracy by analyzing past performance, tracking errors, and maintaining a learning log to address systematic biases.
  • Ensure stock availability at the right place and time to meet customer requirements by coordinating actions across functions.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as stock coverage, forecast accuracy, vendor and customer performance, and stock in trade, and develop corrective actions when necessary.
  • Contribute to the Sales and Operations Planning (SOP) process as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Compensation:

  • $30.00 - $34.00 Per Hour
